The Induction Banquet
Each fall, the Hall of Fame holds its induction banquet to celebrate and honor the class of inductees. The class of inductees are announced each summer with the induction banquet being held in November.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's included with a banquet ticket?
All tickets to the MDSAHOF Induction Banquet include cocktail reception, dinner and access to the silent auction and induction ceremony.
Do I need to bring anything to check-in?
No. Just let the registration table know your name and you will receive your table number. It is open seating within the tables. If you purchased tickets for others, let them know the tickets are under your name.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can no longer attend?
Yes, if you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please send written notification to info@mdsahof.com no later than November 14. Include the full name and email address of the individual replacing you.
What's the attire for the Induction Banquet?
Formal gala attire i.e., suit jackets; cocktail dresses etc. View photos from last year's Induction Banquet here for a visual of typical attire.
Can I request to sit near a specific inductee?
When purchasing your ticket(s), you will be asked your preference of inductee. The MDSAHOF does its best to accommodate seating preference, however all requests cannot be guaranteed.
When do I receive my table assignment?
Within 10 days of the event, you will receive communication via the email address provided on the ticket form information on your table assignment. If you purchased a table or multiple tickets, you are responsible for communicating this information to your guests.
What is the deadline to purchase tickets?
The deadline to purchase tickets at the early bird rate is October 17, 2024. After October 17, you may still purchase tickets (while available) at the regular rate. Tickets may be purchased on site however, we strongly suggest purchasing online to avoid delays at the door.
